Why It Matters

Anti-HER2 Targeted Therapy for Dogs

Mammary tumours are common in female dogs, and treatment today centres on surgery and chemotherapy. We are developing an antibody that caninizes the HER2 target validated in humans.

Mechanism of action

Fig. 1
Caninized antibody bound to HER2 receptors on a tumour cell, with an immune cell docking at the Fc region
Fig. 1. A caninized antibody binds HER2 on the tumour cell surface, blocking proliferative signalling and recruiting immune cells through its Fc region. Conceptual; in vivo efficacy is not yet established.Callout labels for this illustration are still being prepared.

Partnering

Available for Early Out-Licensing

Available for out-licensing once proof of concept is in hand — and open to partner discussions from cell line development onward.

Every programme is in development and pre-approval. Product properties, including dosing interval and efficacy endpoints, are development targets and have not been established in vivo. Technical, market and development detail is available under an executed CDA.
